Q: How do I buy a pair?

A: You’ve come to the right place. Just not the right tab. Click on ‘Shop’ from the menu in the top left-hand corner.
 

Q: How many pairs can I buy?

A: We want as many people as possible to get their hands (and feet) on a pair of Jetsocks. Given we’ve only got so many, we’ve limited the amount you can purchase to 1 per customer.

Q: It says they’re sold out. Will more be coming?

A: Damn, you gotta be quick! There are only a select number of Jetsocks available per day. If they’ve sold out, check back in tomorrow to try again! 

Q: How do I redeem the $50 Jetstar voucher?

A: Head to Jetstar.com to book your flights and you’ll find a spot to enter your unique Jetstar flight voucher code on the payment page during booking. All the important information regarding your $50 Jetstar voucher is on the overleaf of your Jetsocks tag. Best hang on to it!

Q: How long will shipping take?

A: We hope to have your Jetsocks delivered within 7 working days for main metro and 10 working days for rural delivery. Regrettably, due to COVID-19 restrictions and increases in parcel volumes nationwide, some deliveries might arrive after Christmas. However, getting Jetsocks late is still better than a pair of normal socks on Christmas day.
